How Can I Get Some Beef?
Our farm is located in Palestine, IL a 4 hour drive straight south of Chicago or 2 hours south west of Indianapolis. The quickest way to get beef is to get some right from the farm, that way you can also see our operation too. If you’re in the Chicago area, we are partnering with Hasselmann Farms, Marengo, IL. who will deliver quarters and halves direct to your door.

We generally butcher each month from spring to late fall. You can buy in bulk (halves, quarters), or just get some of your favorite cuts. If you have been advised by a health professional to switch to an all grass fed beef diet, let us know so we can make your order a priority.

Flying S Beef Store Now Open 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri
If you’ve always wanted to sample some Flying S beef without buying an entire quarter - this is your chance!  Flying S Beef is now selling beef by the cut. We have plenty of beef in stock at our Beef Store on the farm, so tell your friends and please help spread the word.

GMO Free Chickens
Our chickens are raised on fresh pasture and fed Non GMO feed (chickens unlike cows need some grains in their diet). They are $4.00/lb and the average bird size is 4lb each.
Unfortunately we don’t have enough hours in our day to raise the chickens on our farm anymore, but our chickens are raised by families a few miles from us, exactly how we would do it.
